"We started the daunting task of looking for a company to replace our roof.  We watched several of our neighbors replacing their existing roofs due to leaks and knew it would only be a matter of time before we were in need of a roof repair on our 18 year old home.  In my research, I wanted to make sure that the company we used was registered with the Better Business Bureau and had no complaints.  We decided instead of being reactive we would be more pro-active and started the process of getting quotes.  We were advised that we had possibly 6 months but it all really depended on the monsoon season so rather than waiting and seeing we called a couple of companies. Reyes Roofing is the company that we selected due to the level of service we received from each employee that we interacted with.  They answered the phone and was able to get someone out for a quote within a day!  From there a representative came out, took pictures, and we received an estimate with an aerial view and the final figures.  From there we called with our final questions and scheduled with one of their team members and reviewed all the final details beforehand.  She went over the hours, crew size, how many anticipated days, the location of the dumpster, (for the trash from the roof), and warranty.  They arrived early in the morning (6:00 - 6:15 am, especially with the 110 temperatures that we were seeing at the time).  After the work was completed a final walk thru was completed.  We are ecstatic about the final roof and have even compared it to our neighbors who unfortunately paid quite a bit more and did not receive the level of care and attention that our home did.  The crew cleaned up nightly before they left picking up nails and debris.  Reyes Roofing is our go to company for any roofing needs and we have already referred them to 2 family members that have used their services as well!  Superb world class service all around!  Thank you Reyes Roofing."
